About the IRB (우송대학교 보건복지대학 IRB)

The college of health and welfare, Institutional Review Board(IRB) is responsible for reviewing and monitoring a subset of the research projects that involve humans to ensure they comply with local, national laws, as well as the high ethical standards set forth in University policy.
The IRB can review research conducted by investigators working within the college of health and welfare, Woosong university including allied research institutes, other colleges, Woosong university.
The IRB cannot review human subjects research involving invasive biologic techniques, health protected information, human materials and genetic information, or medications. We continually strive to provide investigators and study teams the support and resources they need to conduct high quality research and foster excellent research practices that protect participants.

• 우송대학교 보건복지대학 기관생명연구윤리심의위원회(이하 IRB)는 인간을 대상으로 하는 본 연구를 관련법에 따라 윤리적인 측면을 심사 및 관리한다.
• 본 IRB는 우송대학교 보건복지대학에서 운영하며 우송대 부속기관의 연구를 심의한다.
• 본 IRB는 침습적인 연구 및 개인정보, 인체유래물, 유전정보, 약물을 포함한 연구는 심사하지 않는다.
